Overview:
Cellspan is a collaborative project between the UNM Computer Engineering College and the UNM Cancer Research Center designed to help cancer researchers quickly produce graphs from statistical analysis performed on images of cells. Images of the positions of 5-10 nanometer gold particles are processed with Image-J, and the datasets are fed into Cellspan to perform these statistical functions (using the R statistics engine):

       - Ripley's K for univariate data
       - Ripley's K for bivariate data
       - Hopkins' Statistic
